EASY ORDERING GUIDE:
AEY's Party Favors processes orders in this manner:
1. Receipt of orders from client (via email/text/call/order form)
2. Aey's Party Favors emails a purchase order with instructions for approval
3. Client pays for purchases according to the purchase order arrangement
4. Aey's Party Favors commences production/reservation/packaging of the product. It then proceeds to delivery
5. The client receives a tracking number to track his or her package. Client pays remaining 50% immediately upon receipt of the tracking number. Client is encouraged to call the courier to confirm the tracking number provided before full payment is made.
DELIVERY FEES:
Clients have two options for receiving their orders:
1. PICK UP. Clients will pick up the items in a designated point. See below.
2. DELIVERED. Clients will receive their items via LBC, 2Go, WWWExpress(DHL) or Air21. Delivery fees apply. Please email us for accurate delivery charges on your orders.
PICK-UP POINTS (By Appointment):
For pickup of items, please refer to the following locations. Pick up is WITHIN METRO MANILA only. When your preferred pickup point is not listed in the price category, handling fee applies. Effective to new orders from August 1, 2009.

Payments
The downpayment equivalent to 50% is required upon confirmation of purchase order. Remaining balance should be paid (a) upon receipt of tracking number or (b) cash on delivery for meetups.
Refunds
If the event has been cancelled, modified, or in any similar case an order that is not yet delivered has to be cancelled within reasons at the client's control, NO REFUND may be given.
Aey's Party Favors reserves the right to cancel orders when the items become unavailable or when delivery of which becomes detrimental to the company or the client. A cancellation letter is sent through email within a reasonable time and the client receives 100% refund of all payments made.
Refunds may not be given for reasons of Acts of Gods, reason in client's control, differences in preference, and the likes. Refunds may not be given on personalized items, as they can no longer be used again. Delivery fees may not be refunded.
Damage found upon inspection on PICK UP of items may be replaced. Damage found on courier-delivered items may not be replaced. Errors in spelling and the likes may only be replaced if the error is committed by Aey's Party Favors. Clients are encouraged to inspect their designs before sending them to the system.
TERMS and CONDITIONS:
The following terms and condition cover and govern all orders from Aey’s Party Favors (APF) and Aeyshop.com.
- CLIENT DETAILS. The client is encouraged to check the details of the order, and inform APF of any correction or changes. These should be done before approval of order.
- PRODUCTION and ORDER MODIFICATION. Production of ordered goods indicated herein starts the next day upon downpayment. Changes to the design or order may not be made once production starts, otherwise modifications may be subject to additional charges.
- PAYMENT OF FEES. The total price in the contract price is the TOTAL AMOUNT TO BE PAID. APF will not add any other costs to this unless the client makes modifications that may require additional charges.
Fees may be paid in three ways:

- Payment through BPI account number (will be provided on purchase order)

The deposit slip serves as the clientś provisional receipt until receipt has been delivered along with the products.
Contract should be approved prior to payment.
After payment has been made, the client should inform APF for validation.
- INSUFFICIENT PAYMENT. In case the client paid less than the amount pf downpayment indicated in the contract, the amount will be treated as deposit until completed. Production starts when the downpayment has been completed.
- NON-PAYMENT. Should the client be unavailable to pay on the specified dates, the client should inform APF and suggest a specific date for contract extension. When payment of downpayment is moved, delivery date and full payment shall also be moved accordingly.
- For orders sent through LBC, payment must be made within 12 hours upon receipt and confirmation of tracking number by the client. If the tracking number has been confirmed and full payment has not been made, APF shall recall the delivery from LBC and give the client one week to respond and extend the contract, otherwise all payments will be forfeited and/or legal actions will be made.
- CANCELLATION. APF may cancel orders when influenced by factors out of its control such as non-availability of materials/supplies, natural causes, or acts of Gods. In such event APF shall inform the client at a reasonable time before the expected delivery date or at a reasonable time depending on the contract time frame and will return all the payments made by the client.
- Cancellation of orders by clients should be done in writing via email at least three days before the delivery. NO REFUND may be made.
- DELIVERY. APF forwards all deliverables to the courier at least three days before the delivery date in the contract. When delivery has been made, the client receives a tracking number to track the package through the respective courier's website. Breakable items should be picked up. If they should be delivered, Aeyshop.com does not offer insurance nor may be held liable for any damage.
- TRANSFERRABILITY. Ordered products may be transferred to another person or location, provided that any costs arising from the modification will be shouldered by the client/s.
- APF shall have the right to modify these terms and conditions. All modifications will cover all orders, including those in progress.
