EASY ORDERING GUIDE:
1. Receipt of orders from client (via email/text/call/order form)
2. Aey's Party Favors emails a purchase order with instructions for approval
3. Client pays for purchases according to the purchase order arrangement
4. Aey's Party Favors commences production/reservation/packaging of the product. It then proceeds to delivery
5. The client receives a tracking number to track his or her package.
6. Packages GENERALLY arrive the next day after the client receives the tracking number.
DELIVERY FEES:
Starting August 20, 2008, all new orders below P3,500will have applicable delivery fees according to Package Dimensions (PD):
*SMALL POUCH = PD 8x4x3 inches and below = P135
*BIG POUCH = PD 8x4x3 inches and above = P230
*Boxed (S/M/L) = P330 / P600 / P1000
Please contact 09279212932 or leave us a message to compute applicable delivery fees before you order. We will be happy to assist you. Most items fit the small pouch unless the order is in bulk.

Delivery is free if the client chooses to pick up the items or if a meetup is arranged. Meetups are serviceable in Valenzuela and Monumento areas only.

Buying Online
Online ordering is now available through http://aeyshop.multiply.com/. Just fill out the express order form and a purchase order will be sent for your approval and for the processing of your order.
Made-to-order Goods
Ordering is easy. Just text your orders to 0927.921.2932 or email greatpartyfavors@gmail.com for a quotation to be sent to you.
Once decided, please follow the directions in the quotation on how to approve your order and pay. You may also use the Inquire Now! link found in the website.
When ordering, the total contract price is the only price that you will pay. NO HIDDEN CHARGES, NO EXTRA CHARGES. Delivery fees, where applicable, are combined with the total contract price.
Shipping
We use 2Go or LBC for our deliveries. You will receive your tracking number within 24 hours after the delivery is made. The delivery date is indicated in the purchase order.
Meetups and at-the-door deliveries, as well as COD payments, by and to our personnel may be done within Caloocan and Valenzuela. For bulk orders, we can arrange for Manila, Quezon City, Makati, Pasig, and selected Bulacan areas.
AeyShop cannot give insurance for its shipments, including but not limited to Acts of Gods, differences in preferences and impressions, and similar situations. Please refer above for delivery rates and conditions.
Payments
The downpayment equivalent to 50% is required upon confirmation of purchase order. Remaining balance should be paid (a) one day before the prescribed delivery date if the delivery will be through 2Go or LBC or (b) cash on delivery for meetups and at-the-door deliveries.
Payments may be made through payment handover, bank payments (BPI/BDO), GCash, and very soon Paypal.
Refunds
Refunds of payment is permitted under several circumstances. Information on this may be found on the purchase order/quotation that is sent to customers. Refunds may not be given for reasons of Acts of Gods, reason in client's control, differences in preference, and the likes. Delivery fees may not be refunded. All refunds are subject to deduction of applicable handling and shipping fees.
